Themes & Components Refund Policy

Our business primarily revolves around digital products themes, components and customization services. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase if the customer’s product related reasons comply with our refund conditions –

  • Refunds will only be issued for the purchases within the first 7 days.
  • If the theme or components does not function as described or there are glitches on your website due to our product.
  • If significant technical issues are encountered and confirmed by our technical support team that can’t be solved within seven days of bringing it to our attention.
  • In case of an accidental duplicate purchase of the same product, we will refund the cost of the additional purchases.

Exceptions to our refund policy

Please note that the following cases are not covered under our refund policy:

  • Renewals or upgrades of our products or services.
  • If the purchase was made more than 7 days ago and you did not post at least one support ticket on Onixtheme regarding the issue within this period.
  • The refund request arises from customer’s dissatisfaction on a feature or functionality that we explicitly stated isn’t available/included in the product.
  • The product was purchased by mistake or by another individual who had legal access to your payment method, and the product(s) were already downloaded and/or license key was activated.
  • You didn’t provide our support stuff enough evidence such as error logs, system snapshots website access (in some cases).
  • We may cancel or refuse a refund if we find evidence of fraud, or other manipulative behavior like claiming features we didn’t promise

ThemeClub Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only eligible if no more than 2 templates have been downloaded from the ThemeClub collection.
  • Refunds may be issued if our team fails to resolve a confirmed bug or technical issue reported within the 7-day period.
  • No refund will be provided if the purchase was made more than 7 days ago, and the customer did not submit at least one support request regarding the issue during this time.
  • Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction related to features or functionalities not included or clearly not promised in ThemeClub.
  • No refund will be issued for accidental purchases or purchases made by someone with authorized access to your payment method if templates were already downloaded.
  • Refunds require customers to provide sufficient evidence (screenshots, logs, temporary access, etc.) so our support team can properly investigate the issue.
  • We may refuse or cancel a refund request in cases of fraud, misuse, or manipulative behavior, including claiming features that were never advertised.

Customization Service Refund Policy

  • All customization requirements must be clearly communicated and confirmed during the initial consultation call.
  • Once the quote is finalized, refunds cannot be issued if additional services are requested later. Such additional work will be treated as a separate service at an additional cost.
  • If you are unhappy with our service, concerns must be raised during the project so we can work towards a resolution.
  • If you wish to cancel the service and request a refund, you must inform us before 40% of the agreed tasks are completed.
  • Progress updates will be shared with you after each step/task is completed.
  • No refunds can be issued once the project is delivered in full.

Procedure to Claim a Refund

To claim a refund, customers must submit a ticket to our support department via our website within 7 days from the date of purchase. The request must include a valid and specific reason along with the proof necessary. You can also email us the issues directly to support@onixtheme.com

Please note: Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process, and refunds will be issued back to your original method of payment.

Changes to This Policy

We may occasionally update this Refund Policy. The updated date will be stated at the start or end of this policy. By continuing to use our website and services, you’re agreeing to the policy updates.

Acceptance

By purchasing any of our products or services from this website, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions. We reserve the right to change or modify the current refund policy with no prior notice.

Purchase from 3rd Party Marketplace

If you have purchased our themes and plugins from platforms other than our website (such as Envato, Webflow, or LemonSqueezy), this refund policy does not apply to you. Please refer to their respective return policies for purchases. We do not have any control over their operations and policies. You may reach out to us by email for support and assistance with claiming a refund, but we cannot guarantee any results.
